专利说明:
System and method for mechanically fixing an electrically driven actuator mounted on a door relative to a lock cylinder inserted in the door FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a system for mechanically fixing an electrically driven actuator mounted on a door relative to a lock cylinder inserted in the door, the actuator being mechanically connected to the lock cylinder by means of a carrier. In particular, the invention relates to a door leaf having an electromechanical locking system, a method for attaching an actuator housing to a door leaf, a mounting kit for attaching an actuator housing with an electric pivot actuator to a door leaf and an adapter for such a mounting set. Description of prior art To make operation of doors easier, electrically driven actuators are used, for example as retrofitted units on existing door locks. Such electromechanical actuator systems are typically mounted on the door leaf and have an electrically driven actuator which engages a locking cylinder via a carrier. In some cases, such locking systems are tailored to a specific door type, in other cases the systems are more adjustable in order to be adapted to different door types and door thicknesses. The lock type also has an effect on the actuator system. An example of a lock type is the locking cylinders of the Eurotype. This type is characterized by a cross-sectional shape having an upper circular portion having a diameter of 17 mm and a lower elongated portion having a width of 10 mm and the total height being 33 mm. A rotatable pawl is provided for lateral pivoting to grasp the mechanism that displaces the latch in the lock. The width of the pile is typically 9.4 mm in a gap of 10 mm. When such Euro lock cylinders are mounted in a door, they typically extend through a tire bracket mounted on top of the door, for example a long plate or cylinder plate. Such a tire bracket is provided with a bracket opening corresponding to the cylinder lock, and therefore also has an upper circular portion with a diameter slightly larger than the 17 mm locks, for example between 17 and 19 mm, such as 18-19 mm, and an oblong lower part having a width of slightly more than 10 mm, for example between 10 and 12 mm, such as 11-12 mm. Danish patent DK17991B1 describes an example of such an actuator system comprising a cylindrical housing for mounting on a door, where a carrier connects the actuator with the lock so that rotation of the driver leads to a displacement of the locking bolt. A similar locking system is described in US patent application US2015 / 0096341, which also shows a mounting plate used for mounting the actuator system on the door. Such mounting plates are important to ensure correct and firm adjustment of the actuator relative to the locking cylinder, since a staggered or loosely seated actuator does not work smoothly. This mounting plate is provided with different pairs of screw holes, adapted to the different door types for threaded holes for mounting locking fittings. The various sets of holes are symmetrically positioned relative to a substantially central first opening in the mounting plate, through which the carrier extends from the lock to the actuator system. For specially adapted Euro-type locks, which are used, for example, especially in Northern Europe and Central Europe, a few holes are provided in the mounting plate on a center line, which also passes through this first opening, where this center line is vertical when orienting the mounting plate for correct mounting. . The vertical pair of holes can be used for a pair of screws that directly grip the locking cylinder, which is similarly provided with a set of threaded holes which, when mounted in doors, are placed one above the other. In some doors, the door panel is so thick that the lock cylinder does not align with the inside of the door, and the mounting plate cannot be mounted directly on the lock cylinder. The mounting plate can then be mounted by screwing directly on the door, which results in sufficient mutual stability between the actuator system and the lock. However, if a long plate or cylinder plate is already provided on the door, problems with the stability between the mounting plate and the lock cylinder are experienced when the mounting plate cannot be screwed directly onto the lock cylinder. This problem is wanted to be addressed. Description of the Invention It is therefore an object of the invention to improve the prior art and to remedy deficiencies regarding stability between the aforementioned actuator housing and the lock cylinder. In particular, it is intended to provide an improved mounting system for the stability of electromechanical locking systems in the case of mounting an actuator housing on the door fittings, such as long plates or cylinder plates. This object is solved by a system and method as described in greater detail below. To remedy the problem, the following method is provided for attaching an actuator housing to a door leaf. Then, a door leaf is provided, which is provided with a lock cylinder for displacing a bolt when the lock cylinder is operated. A mounting plate on which an actuator housing is fixed is then mounted on the door leaf. In the actuator housing there is provided an electrically driven rotary actuator which drives on the rear of the housing a carrier connection, in which is inserted a carrier, which is also connected to the lock cylinder for displacing the locking bolt. For access to the lock cylinder, the door leaf has a passage which is covered with a cover bracket having a bracket opening, through which the carrier extends ffa the carrier connection and to the lock cylinder. Mounting of the mounting plate can then proceed upstairs and in contact with the tire fitting. In addition, an adapter with dimensions larger than part of the opening is used, and the adapter is placed on the opposite side of the tire bracket and screwed together with the mounting plate by means of screws, thereby clamping the tire bracket between the mounting plate and the adapter. The screws will then extend through the bracket opening and through the mounting plate, the screw head resting on the outside of the mounting plate and the thread extending into the threaded holes of the adapter. For example, an adapter with two threaded holes is provided with the same distance as the first hole spacing of the screw holes in the mounting plate, and two screws extend through the set of screw holes of the mounting plate and into the threaded holes of the adapter. The assembly itself can be carried out, for example, by the following steps. The adapter attaches to the mounting plate using the screws, but without tightening the screws. Then the adapter is inserted through the bracket opening ffa front to the back of the tire bracket without removing the tire bracket from the door leaf and so that the adapter is behind the tire bracket and the mounting plate in front of the tire bracket. After this positioning of the adapter behind the tire fitting, tighten the screws, clamping the tire fitting between the adapter and the mounting plate. The cover bracket is thus secured to the door leaf during the entire installation process. If the lock cylinder is of a Euro type, the bracket opening is generally of substantially the same shape as that of the Euro cylinder so that the Euro cylinder can extend through the bracket opening. The bracket opening then has a first, upper portion which is circular with a diameter of between 17 and 19 mm, and a second portion which is oblong and vertical with a width of between 10 and 12 mm, the two portions of the opening being contiguous. . Advantageously, for such a bracket opening, the adapter is formed with an extension which, in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the threaded holes, lies within a circumscribed circle of 17 mm diameter so as to be able to insert the circular first upper portion of the bracket opening. In addition, the size of the adapter is greater than 14 mm, for example, up to 17 mm, so that it can be placed on either side of the elongate portion of the bracket opening and then, when the shims are tightened, the tire bracket clamps between the adapter and the mounting plate. The assembly steps themselves are, for example, as follows. The adapter is attached to the mounting plate by means of screws without tightening the shields. In this loosely coupled state, the adapter is inserted through the upper circular portion of the opening from the front to the back of the tire bracket and is shifted downwards to the rear elongate portion of the opening so that it grips behind the tire bracket on either side of the elongated portion of the opening, preventing the adapter from sliding out of the opening again. The adapter is then located behind the tire fitting and the mounting plate in front of the tire fitting. In this position the shims are tightened and the tire bracket is thus clamped between the adapter and the mounting plate. This assembly can be done without removing the tire fitting from the door leaf. The mounting plate has a first opening around the carrier connection such that the carrier extends through this first opening. The screw holes in the mounting plate are advantageously placed one above the other with a first hole spacing and on the vertical center line, which also passes through the first opening center. The adapter has two or more thread holes with the same distance as the first hole spacing in the mounting plate. As the screw holes in the mounting plate and the thread holes in the adapter are placed on a center line, the screws extend through the elongated vertical portion of the bracket opening when the tire bracket is clamped between the mounting plate and the adapter. The purpose is also solved by the following system, which is specifically exemplified for a Euro-type lock cylinder. A door leaf is then provided with an electromechanical locking system comprising a Euro-type locking cylinder for displacing a bolt when the locking cylinder is operated, and an electrically driven rotary actuator for operating the locking cylinder. On the door leaf is mounted a mounting plate on which is mounted an actuator housing containing the rotary actuator. The rotary actuator drives a rotatable mechanical carrier connection provided on the rear of the actuator housing into which is inserted a carrier which is also connected to the lock cylinder for displacement of the locking bolt. The mounting plate has a first opening around the carrier connection such that the carrier extends through this first opening. In the mounting plate there is provided a set of screw holes which are positioned one above the other with a first hole spacing and on a vertical center line which also passes through the center of the first opening. For access to the lock cylinder, the door leaf has a passage covered with a tire bracket with a bracket opening of substantially the same shape as that of the Euro cylinder so that the Euro cylinder can extend through the bracket opening. For example, the bracket opening has a first, upper portion which is circular with a diameter of between 17 and 19 mm, and a second portion that is oblong and vertical with a width of between 10 and 12 mm, the two portions of the opening being contiguous. . In case the lock cylinder is so long that it protrudes through the tire bracket, the mounting plate can be attached to the end of the lock cylinder. However, if the locking cylinder is not so long but ends at a distance from the tire bracket, the mounting plate can be mounted directly on the tire bracket. In addition, an adapter with threaded holes with the same distance as the first hole spacing of the mounting plate screw holes is used. To retain the mounting plate on the tire bracket, screws extend through the mounting plate set of screw holes and into the adapter thread holes with the tire bracket clamped between the mounting plate and the adapter. By clamping the tire bracket between the mounting plate and the adapter, the mounting plate is secured to the tire bracket itself. As the tire fitting is fixed on the door leaf, a stable connection is obtained between the actuator housing provided on the mounting plate and the door leaf itself. Since the lock cylinder is also stably held in the door leaf, the risk of twisting between the lock cylinder and actuator housing is avoided, which ensures a smooth passage of the driver between the actuator housing and the lock cylinder. For example, for the method and the system there is provided a mounting set comprising a Euro-type locking cylinder, a mounting plate and an adapter, the locking cylinder being provided at one end with a set of threaded holes and the adapter being provided with corresponding threaded holes and the mounting plate being provided with screw holes at the same distance as the threaded holes for optional fastening with either the lock cylinder or with the adapter. The mounting plate then has fasteners for attaching the actuator housing to the mounting plate, for example several threaded holes into which the actuator housing is screwed. The mounting plate comprises a first opening for a mechanical carrier connection, which is a connection between the pivot actuator and the lock cylinder, and wherein the first opening and the threaded holes are provided on a center line which is vertical by proper mounting. As an option and in accordance with the adapter specifically described above, it has in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the threaded holes an extension which lies within a circumscribed circle of 17 mm diameter, and the extension in the direction perpendicular to a center line connecting the threaded holes centers, are larger than 14 mm. As described above, the adapter for bracket openings used in connection with Euro-type locking cylinders has outer dimensions which are within a circle of 17 mm diameter. For example, the adapter is equipped with two or more threaded holes, which with their center are on a centrally oriented vertical line when mounted correctly. In a specific embodiment, a flange extending to a distance greater than 7 mm from the center line is provided on each side of the center line. In addition, the adapter comprises a projecting profile with two equally parallel edges, which are also parallel to the vertical centerline of the adapter and which have a spacing of 10 mm. When inserted into the bracket opening, the two flanges will abut the back of the tire bracket and the protruding profile will fit in the vertical orientation into the elongated vertical portion of the bracket opening. Advantageously, the protruding profile is limited to protruding no more than half a mm with respect to the flanges, thereby preventing the tire bracket from being clamped between the adapter and the mounting plate, in cases where the thickness of the tire bracket is more than 0.5 mm. In a further embodiment, the adapter comprises a first portion and a separate second portion, the first portion comprising the flanges and threaded holes, and the second portion comprising the projecting profile. For example, the projecting profile is provided with recesses that are dimensionally adapted to the threaded holes for screws for the threaded holes to extend through the recesses. The projecting profile is thereby loosely accommodated in the first part, where the recesses, however, fix the projecting profile by means of interaction between the recesses and the screws in the threaded holes. Detailed Description of the Invention FIG. 1a shows a Euro 1 lock 1. This type is characterized by a cross-sectional shape with an upper circular part 2 having a diameter of 17 mm and a lower elongated part 3 with a width of 10 mm, which in a typically correctly mounted condition is vertical. The total height of the lock cylinder 1 is 33 mm. A rotatable pawl 4 is provided for lateral pivoting to grasp the mechanism that displaces the latch in the lock. The width of the pile 4 is typically about 9.4 mm in a slot 5 with a width of 10 mm. A threaded hole 6 is used for securing the lock cylinder 1 in the door. When such Euro lock cylinders 1 are mounted in a door, they typically extend through a deck bracket 7 mounted on top of the door, for example a long plate as shown in FIG. 4 or a cylinder plate as shown in FIG. Ib. Such a cover bracket 7 is provided with an opening 8 corresponding to the cylinder lock 1 and therefore also has an upper circular part 8a with a diameter slightly larger than the 17 mm lock, typically between 17 and 19 mm, for example 18-19 mm, and an oblong lower portion 8b having a width of slightly more than 10 mm, typically between 10 and 12 mm, for example 11-12 mm. FIG. 2a shows the inside of a door leaf 10, without a cover bracket but with an open passageway 13 with access to the lock cylinder 1, where a Euro cylinder lock 1 is inserted and a screw 9 is used to screw the cylinder lock 1 into the door leaf 10. A handle 11 on the door leaf 10 is used to move a displaceable trap 12a, and the locking cylinder 1 engages a latch 12b such that rotation of the cylinder lock's pawl 4 in the locking cylinder 1 displaces the latch 12b in and out of the door leaf 10, which is locked in locking position by the latch 12b in a corresponding look in the frame, which is not shown. FIG. 2b shows the door leaf 10 ffa on the outside, where a cylinder lock 1 is being inserted for mounting. The cylinder lock 1 is provided with a carrier 14 for operating the lock with an electromechanical actuator. For mounting this electromechanical actuator two screw holes 15a, 15b are provided for the end of the lock cylinder 1. FIG. 3a shows a tire fitting 7 in the form of a cylinder plate, where the locking cylinder 1 is not long enough to reach through the opening 8, whereas the locking cylinder of FIG. 3b is long enough. A tire fitting 7 in the form of a long plate with a corresponding opening 8 for a Euro-type locking cylinder is shown by way of example in FIG. 4th An actuator system 16 is shown in FIG. 5a. It comprises a cylindrical actuator housing 17 with a cylinder axis 18 and the actuator housing 17 being defined by a cylindrical handle 19 having an outer diameter of between 6 and 9 mm and a circular backplate 20 and front plate 21 at opposite ends of the handle 19. The front plate 21 comprises a visual indicator 23 and is provided with a series of LEDs 22 indicating the status of the lock, such as locked or open state, for example by displaying green or red. Optionally, the actuator housing 17 may be provided with a central control button 24. The back side of the actuator housing 17 is shown in FIG. 5b. At the rear, there is shown a first rotatable carrier connection 25 for accommodating a carrier 14 and a second rotatable carrier connection 26, which can be optionally used depending on the type of lock, with both carrier connections 25, 26 being part of the pivot actuator and provided. with a coupling 31 into which the carrier 14 is inserted. For Euro-type locking cylinders 1, the first rotatable carrier connection 25 is typically used. An example of a specific embodiment of the actuator housing 17 with details of the actuator and battery as a power supply is given in Danish patent DK17991B1 and US patent application US2015 / 0096341. At the rear, by means of screw holes 27, is mounted a mounting plate 30, which is also shown separately in FIG. 6b. The mounting plate 30 has a first opening 28 through which the carrier 14 extends into the first rotatable connecting element 25 of the actuator housing 17. A plurality of hole pairs 32 are provided in the mounting plate 30 for mounting in various types of locks and doors. Catching a center line 29, which also extends through the center of the first opening 28, a pair of screw holes 33a, 33b is provided. These are intended for screws 33 extending into threaded holes 15a, 15b of the locking cylinder 1. At these screws the mounting plate can be fixedly fixed to the locking cylinder 1. The locking cylinder 1 is largely designed according to the Euro type but modified with the two threaded holes 15a and 15b. FIG. 7 shows an example where the mounting plate 30 does not sit directly on the door leaf 10 but is mounted on a cover bracket 7 in the form of a long plate and fastened by means of the screws 33 towards the lock cylinder 1 or where instead of the screw holes 15a and 15b of the lock cylinder 1 an adapter is used, which is explained below in the case that the locking cylinder 1 is not long enough to align with the tire fitting 7. In the cases where the locking cylinder is not long enough to extend through the tire fitting 7, e.g. in the form of a cylinder plate or a long plate, there will be a distance between the surface of the tire fitting 7 and the leading edge of the cylinder lock 1, as also shown in FIG. 3 a. If this distance is large, a twist easily occurs between the actuator housing 17 and the locking cylinder 1 due to the long screws required for interconnection 33. In order to avoid this, another mounting solution involving an adapter is provided. This adapter 35 grips behind the tire fitting 7 and screws with the mounting plate 30 on the front of the tire fitting 7, thereby clamping the tire fitting 7 between the adapter 35 and the mounting plate 30. In order to facilitate mounting so that the tire fitting 7 is not removed, the adapter 35 is designed as follows. that it fits through the 17-19 mm circular portion of the aperture 8 of the cover bracket 7 but engages behind the 10-12 mm wide vertical vertical portion of the aperture 8. The dimensions of the adapter 35 are therefore smaller than the circular portion 8a of the aperture 8 and will typically be kept within the dimensions of the lock cylinder 1 cross section. An example is shown in FIG. 8th As shown in FIG. 8, the adapter 35 has outer dimensions within a 17 mm diameter circle. In fact, the curving edges are formed with a diameter of exactly 17 mm. Thus, the adapter 35 fits through the circular portion 8a of the bracket opening 8, which is of a slightly larger diameter so that the locking cylinder 1 fits through it. The adapter 35 is provided with two threaded holes 36a, 36b, which with their center are located on a center line 38 which is vertically oriented at correct mounting. The ge wind holes 36a, 36b have a distance corresponding to the distance of the screw holes 33a, 33b in the mounting plate, as shown. in FIG. 6b. Referring to FIG. 6c, where the adapter 35 with the two screw holes 33a, 33b replaces the lock cylinder 1, the mounting plate 30 will be screwed onto the adapter 35 in a similar manner as illustrated in FIG. 7, wherein the two screws 33 extend through the mounting plate 30 and into the threaded holes 36a, 36b of the adapter. Two flanges 39a, 39b are provided on either side of the center line 38 to act as abutment on the back of the tire fitting 8 such that the mounting plate 30 rests on the front of the tire fitting 8 and the flanges 39a, 39b against the back of the tire fitting 8, thereby covering the tire 8. is clamped between the mounting plate 30 and the flanges 39a, 39b by screwing together with screws 33. To facilitate mounting, the adapter network 35 has a protruding profile 37 with two equally parallel edges 40a, 40b, which is also parallel to the vertical center line 38 of the adapter 35, spaced 10 mm apart. The profile 37 then has a width of 10 mm such that, by appropriate vertical orientation during mounting, it fits into the lower elongated portion 8b of the opening 8 of the tire fitting 7. This protruding profile 37 provides a guide with suitable vertical orientation of the threaded holes 36a. 36b during assembly. In order not to protrude from the front of the tire bracket 7 and thereby prevent proper clamping of the tire bracket 7 between the adapter 35 and the mounting plate 30, the protruding profile 37 is limited not to protrude more than half a mm with respect to the flanges 39a and 39b, half mm of the front portion of the protruding profile 37 is accommodated in the elongated lower portion 8b of the opening 8 of the tire fitting 7. The others in FIG. 8 dimensions only serve as an example and the total thickness can be varied. Likewise, the spacing and size of the threaded holes 36a and 36b can be adapted to the screw holes 33a and 33b of the mounting plates and are therefore not bound to specific dimensions. However, it is advantageous if the distance between the threaded holes 36a, 36b and the thread diameter is the same as for the threaded holes 15a, 15b provided in the locking cylinder 1 if the mounting plate 30 is to be able to cooperate with both the adapter 35 and the locking cylinder 1 as shown in FIG. . 6th It is noted that the adapter 35 may advantageously be made in two parts, as shown in more detail in FIG. 9a and 9b, one of which is the protruding profile 37 and the other part is the quasi-circular portion with the flanges 39a, 39b and a backplate 41, in which the threaded holes 36a, 36b are provided. When screwed in, the protruding profile 37 will then be squeezed the same between the backplate 41 and the mounting plate 30. This ensures a safe and long-lasting mounting. In order to fix the projecting profile 37 with respect to the backplate 41, the projecting profile 37 is provided with recesses 42 for the sheath 33 extending from the mounting plate 30 through the recesses 42 and into the threaded holes 36a, 36b. In summary, a mounting plate (30) is secured by means of an adapter (35) to the cover of a cylinder lock (7) on a door leaf (10). The attached mounting plate (30) holds an actuator housing (17) to the door leaf (10). In the case of tire fittings with openings intended for Euro-type locking cylinders and in which the opening (8) has a circular upper part (8a) and a narrower oblong vertical lower part (8b), the adapter (35) is formed with an extension extending the circular portion (8b) but wider than the elongate portion (8b) for the adapter (35) to be inserted the upper portion (8a) of the bracket opening (8) and slid downwardly behind the lower portion (8b) to engage behind it. retaining the mounting plate (30) as the adapter (35) and the mounting plate (30) are screwed together with the tire fitting (7) therebetween.
